Christmas stockings/shock shaped bags are used to hold Christmas gifts and decoration. Usually an empty stocking will be placed near the chimney by the children.They are believing that Santa will come and fill the stockings with small gifts like chocolate, candy, small toys...etc but a naughty child will receive a coal alone.
