The Star Trek Porn Spoof I mentioned two months ago now has a trailer. Don't worry its pretty SFW .
The trailer has allusions to the sex scenes that will happen of course, but basically this looks like a high end fan made movie, even the storyline (yes I know porno's with storylines???) is based on actual ST:TNG episodes. Skin of Evil, Yesterday's Enterprise, The Mind's Eye and even The Naked Now *Shudders*
The only thing I have to fault this in is.. what the hell is up with Tasha Yar's Wig? Surely the budget could have stretched for a wig that DOESNT look like it was bought in a magic shop for 10e?
I am gonna be honest here... I will watch this. Obviously not for the sex scenes (maybe a Picard scene but thats all) I've seen fanfic trek before and they were mostly shit. This has the possibility to be a decent fanflick... just with some sex involved.

Blasphemy ?

Han Solo as Captain Kirk? Chewbacca as Mugatu? Blasphemous?
Or... Is it actually Genius?
As both a Star Trek and Star Wars fan I think it's genius.
Clever idea for a crossover.

Comic Book artist Phil Noto created this crossover.

ZOMG NERDGASM!!!

Ahem... sorry.
The piece above was created by Mike Mayhew (pencils) and Rain Beredo (colors) and is for a forthcoming issue of Wizard magazine.
Its pretty fecking epic... now can any nerd fanboys spot the mistakes*?
Mike Mayhew's penciled version can be found here
*Daleks teaming up with cybermen, Romulans and Klingons is not one of them

Star Trek: Next Generation XXX Parody
Share
Porn parody's seem to be THEE big thing these days for getting yer five knuckle shuffle on to.
Every thing for Glee, Married With Children to The Simpsons have been basterdised in this fashion.
The latest to get titilated is Star Trek : The Next Generation.
Which will probably get the porny name of Star Trek : The Sex Generation or something equally as corny.
So I'm sure we get to see the Captains Log in this film... oh there are a million puns i can go with, I'm gonna let ye have fun with them, why should I do all the work.
Below are the only 2 photos that are work safe.. and that hopefully wont get my blog reported.

There are more photos that are VERY NSFW to be found at this link, You have been warned.
I wonder how long it is till we get a sequel to this? Star Trek: Deep Throat Nine is a title WAITING to be used.
Not to mention Star Trek : Voyeur ... Come on.. you know there would be a scene with Seven Of Nine and Cpt Janeway in that one.... It'll be a top seller.

if it hadn’t been for those meddling Starfleet kids…

I do love these random crossover fan art pieces.

Kevin David Anderson, author of 'Night of the Living Trekkies' has released his latest photoshop entry entitle Starfleet Scooby, which shows the Scooby-Doo gang as Star Trek Starfleet officers. Anderson even has a caption for this piece;
“…and the Romulans would have gotten away with it too, if it hadn’t been for those meddling Starfleet kids…”
Thankfully no Scrappy Doo in this image, he was shot out a photon tube moments before this was made.

Knighted

Its seems Patrick Stewart is now SIR Patrick Stewart.
Stewart will be awarded a knighthood by Queen Elizabeth in Britain's New Year Honours List
Stewart, the 69-year-old actor who played Capt. Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation, was honoured for his services to drama during his career that's spanned half a century.
"I am very proud to receive this honour," he told the London Telegraph. "Theatre is and has always been my great joy."
Stewart spent 16 years with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and this year garnered critical acclaim for his role in Waiting for Godot with Ian McKellen in London's West End.
In 2001, Stewart was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire.
A deserving recipient of the title i think.
Also, Knights can kick the asses of Ninjas, Pirates and Vikings... so there.

Have you been a good Trekker this year?
Then these Trek inspired Christmas stockings are just the ticket for you.

The stockings are made out of fleece and lined with a thick canvas material.

make it so
ShareThis Star Ship chandelier was designed by ELK Lighting to resemble the Starship Enterprise but they only call it the Star Ship because they don't want to actually pay royalties.
Plus the nacelles are upside down
Apart from that its pretty kick ass.
If you want one, it can be found here for $189

Ok... this may contain a spoiler...
I LOVED the new Star Trek film, it was one of the best summer films i have seen in well over 10yrs, it is probably one of the best Sci Fi films and it is DEFINITELY the best Star Trek film (which i kinda find hard to say as I really like Wrath of Khan)
It was shiny fancy and new, you dont have to be a fan of anything of previous trek to enjoy this. It is almost standalone in its nature.
However... I have a huge major issue with it and I'm finding in the last 24hrs that is SLOWLY eroding my enjoyment of the film.
Simply put...it Canon
The didnt have little tweaks an anomalies
THEY FUCKING PISSED ALL OVER IT!!!!
and THAT is what is pissing me off. I need to find an outraged fanboy to be pissed off with.
*"THAT" has been used to as a spoiler concealer

In a blog far far far away...

I posted this video about a year an a half ago
It made made laugh, i think its the introduction of Brent Spinner with his laughing clip used and the VERY sexy Denise Crosby footage, cause hey every 80s sitcom has a sexy vamp.
Today i found that someone had naturally taken the next step and mashed it with Star Wars footage, not as clever it thing, but still suitable nerdy i think you'll find.
Now the only logical conclusion seeing as we've had TREK and WARS is surely yo have GATE.
ill be waiting in antisipation
